We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 5 days of delivery.
Guidelines:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Sale items are final sale (NO RETURNS).
- To start a return, please contact us at info@gentillybleu.com with your order number.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.
- Exchanges for size or style are available if items are in stock.
